1. Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Pick3. By creating an account, funding a wallet, buying a ticket, or using any Pick3 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, the Game Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Pick3.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in paid number games in your location. Pick3 is intended for users in Nigeria unless we expressly permit otherwise. We may refuse, suspend, or close access where use would breach law, regulation, sanctions, licensing limits, or responsible-gaming controls.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details, including your real name and valid email address. One person may hold one Pick3 account only. You are responsible for all activity under your login credentials and must keep your password, two-factor codes, and devices secure.
4. Verification
We may verify your age, identity, source of funds, account ownership, payment details, location, or transaction history before allowing play, payouts, withdrawals, or continued access. If requested information is not provided, is false, or cannot be verified, we may restrict the account and withhold, reverse, or refund transactions where lawful.
5. Wallet & Deposits
Wallet funds are held only for Pick3 play and withdrawals; they are not a bank account, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred to another user. Deposits are processed by third-party payment providers and are credited only after successful verification. The current minimum top-up is ₦100 and the current maximum single top-up is ₦1,000,000, unless changed on the platform.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid only to a Nigerian bank account that we can validate and may be held for manual review. The minimum withdrawal is the amount shown on the platform, currently ₦500 by default; the maximum single withdrawal is ₦5,000,000. Name mismatch, fraud signals, chargebacks, payment-provider failure, or legal review may delay, reject, reverse, or refund a withdrawal.
7. Tickets
Pick3 tickets are final once confirmed and debited from your wallet. Tickets cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred, resold, or refunded except where Pick3 voids the ticket under these terms. You must select exactly 3 unique numbers from 1 to 30 in the order you want them to count.
8. Game Tiers & Limits
Pick3 currently offers Bronze at ₦500 per ticket, Silver at ₦2,000 per ticket, and Gold at ₦5,000 per ticket. Each tier runs independently. Unless changed on the platform, a user may buy up to 100 tickets per draw and any single ordered number combination may be sold up to 50 times per draw.
9. Draws
Draws are scheduled daily at 20:00 WAT for each active tier. Ticket sales close when the draw is locked or otherwise marked closed by Pick3. A ticket is valid only if it appears in Pick3 records for the relevant draw, tier, user, numbers, and stake before sales close.
10. Winning Criteria
Winning numbers are order-sensitive. A Tier 1 win requires all 3 numbers to match in the exact positions. A Tier 2 win requires exactly 2 numbers to match in the exact positions. Tickets with fewer than 2 exact-position matches lose.
11. Prize Pools
For each draw tier, Pick3 retains 20% of ticket stakes as platform revenue. The remaining 80%, plus any valid carried-over jackpot, forms the prize pool. Tier 1 receives 85% of the prize pool and Tier 2 receives 15%. Winners in the same tier share that tier's pool equally, rounded down to whole naira where necessary.
12. Jackpot Rollover
If there is no Tier 1 winner for a draw, the Tier 1 pool rolls over to the next draw for that same tier. If one or more Tier 1 winners exist, the Tier 1 pool is paid out and the rollover for that tier resets to zero. Tier 2 prizes do not roll over.
13. Payouts
Winning amounts are credited to the user's Pick3 wallet after the draw is completed and payout processing succeeds. We may delay or correct payouts where there is a technical error, duplicate processing, suspicious activity, void ticket, payment dispute, or legal obligation. Pick3 records are the primary record for ticket status, draw status, and wallet balance.
14. Errors, Voids & Interruptions
We may void, cancel, correct, or resettle any ticket, draw, wallet entry, payout, or result affected by obvious error, software fault, data corruption, unauthorized access, payment reversal, outage, force majeure, or unlawful activity. Where a ticket is voided, our usual remedy is to refund the valid stake to the wallet, unless fraud or abuse is involved.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use bots, scripts, emulators, account farms, collusion, exploit attempts, duplicate accounts, false identity details, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, money-laundering activity, or any method intended to manipulate tickets, wallets, draws, referrals, odds, results, or platform systems.
16. Account Suspension & Closure
We may suspend, restrict, or close an account at any time for breach of these terms, security risk, regulatory request, suspected fraud, responsible-gaming concerns, or operational necessity. On closure, valid withdrawable funds may be paid out after review, less any reversed, void, disputed, unlawful, or bonus-related amounts.
17. Responsible Play
Pick3 is paid entertainment and involves risk of loss. You should play only with money you can afford to lose. We may apply limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, account restrictions, or refusal of service where we identify harmful, compulsive, underage, or unlawful play.
18. Promotions & Referrals
Promotions, referral rewards, bonuses, free tickets, or special offers are subject to the specific rules shown for that offer. We may withdraw, amend, withhold, or reverse promotional benefits where there is error, abuse, duplicate-account activity, self-referral, collusion, or breach of the offer rules.
19. Intellectual Property
Pick3, its name, logo, software, interface, designs, text, graphics, databases, draw systems, and related content are owned by or licensed to Pick3. You receive only a limited, personal, revocable right to use the platform. You must not copy, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit any part of Pick3 without written permission.
20. Privacy & Communications
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Pick3, you consent to service messages about your account, wallet, tickets, withdrawals, security, and draws. Marketing messages may be sent where permitted and can be opted out of, but essential account and legal notices will still be sent.
21. Service Availability
Pick3 is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific winnings, availability of any payment provider, or that the platform will meet every user requirement. Maintenance, network issues, provider downtime, or security events may affect service.
22. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pick3 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of valid, undisputed wallet funds or ticket stake directly affected by the event giving rise to the claim.
23. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You must first contact Pick3 support with any dispute and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate. Unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent courts or regulators in Nigeria, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
24. Changes
We may update these terms, the Game Rules, limits, fees, stakes, draw times, or platform features from time to time. Changes take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of Pick3 after posting means you accept the updated terms.
